Azucar’s trademark is authentic, reasonably priced South American food served as tapas in a warm, informal and relaxing setting. In the words of Seb McGowan: “Viva Cuba has established an excellent reputation for inexpensive, top quality tapas to suit all tastes. We look forward to bringing our knowledge of South American delicacies to Brewery Wharf and adding an informal eating experience to what has already become a popular, more traditional dining area.” Combining a great selection of punchy cocktails, Spanish and Latin American beers and new world wines, and the odd cigar, Azucar promises to bring something very different to the area.
